Okay, so as you’ve noticed there has been a distinct lack of updating the last few times, and in general, the last few weeks.  Sorry gang, but things have just been a bit crazy since the move to my new place.  Aside from working extra hours at my job, I’ve also been doing a lot of freelance graphic design projects on the side, been applying for new jobs (don’t want to be working as a waiter forever), been establishing my new place, and been just trying to get myself into a slightly more consistent sense of day-to-day life.  That’s not to say things are bad for me right now.  Far from it.  I’ve been actually doing very well, and feeling an amazing sense of creativity artistically.  I’m happy, healthier than I’ve felt in a while and aside from those bad days of work (I work in customer service, after all), things are good.

The problem I’m facing is that there are not enough hours in the day, and as I am not in my twenties anymore (Oh god I’m old!), I can’t pull all-nighters as much anymore to finish my comics.  And between a choice of putting my energy into paying the bills and having money to eat, or working on my beloved comic that right now isn’t ready to turn a profit (i.e. publishing a physical book of my comic and selling merchandise), I have to be Mr. Responsible 30-something and put work and money first. (Bleh!)

I assure you that I do have comics written, and I have art work started (that means penciled and inked).  But I just haven’t had the time to finish it yet.  This may continue to be a re-occurrence for a while, as I continue to try and get everything flowing the right way.

But I thank all my readers for their patience and for their support.  You guys are awesome, and you’re the reason I do this.
